Neighbors in John's Creek subdivision victims of border war?
News

JOHN'S CREEK -- Residents of the Concord Hall subdivision in John's Creek say they have two problems. The first, is trying to turn left out of their neighborhood during peak hours. The second, is the fact that the other half of their four-way intersection lies in Forsyth County.

Three years ago, neighbors say, Forsyth County conducted a traffic study to see if volume was high enough coming in and out of Concord Hall to warrant a traffic signal. It wasn't.

But neighbors say traffic volume on the other side of the intersection did meet signal warrants, but contend Forsyth County refused to install a signal because their neighborhood has a Fulton County address.

Regardless, three years have passed and the neighborhood has grown. So, they contacted 11Alive to request another traffic study.
